This presentation will challenge the audience to look at their own role in how women are perceived in the automotive workplace. As women, too often we fall into gender stereotypes that are imposed on us to our own detriment. Do we perpetuate the barriers to our own advancement by not giving a voice to what those are? Can any real change come about within a denial of its existence? The intention is for participants to understand that it’s actually fear holding us back and by naming it wed can change it.
